Mindfulness Meditation:
Buddhist and Clinical Perspectives
A significant body of research exists on the effectiveness of meditation to access the mind and brains capacity for healing, learning and neuroplasticity. This workshop presents the science and clinical applications of mindfulness meditation, examines the role of mindfulness within the traditional Buddhist context, and offers guided practice sessions for experiential learning.
This talk presented as part of John Campbell's teacher training series and is open to the public.
